Zero Tolerance Policy for Eseye’s Clients, Customers and Suppliers

Purpose:

Eseye operates a zero tolerance policy which aims to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment for its employees, contractors, clients, customers and suppliers. This policy outlines Eseye’s commitment to preventing and addressing any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying or abuse, ensuring that everyone associated with our business is treated with dignity and respect.

Scope:

This policy applies to all clients, customers and suppliers who engage in any form of communication, interaction, or transactions with Eseye and its employees. It covers a wide range of behaviours that are unacceptable and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

  1. Respectful Behaviour: All clients, customers and suppliers are expected to communicate and interact with our employees and each other in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of disrespect, harassment, discrimination, or bullying will not be tolerated.
  2. Harassment or Discrimination: Harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated. Any instances of harassment or discrimination will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.
  3. Threatening Behaviour: Any form of threatening behaviour, intimidation, or coercion towards employees, other clients, customers, or suppliers is strictly prohibited. Such behaviour will result in immediate termination of the business relationship and may lead to legal action.
  4. Dishonesty and Fraud: Clients, customers and suppliers are expected to act with honesty and integrity in all their dealings with Eseye and its employees. Any form of dishonesty, fraud, or deceit will result in termination of the business relationship and may lead to legal action.
  5. Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with Eseye’s policies, procedures, or legal requirements will not be tolerated. Clients, customers and suppliers are expected to adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines in their interactions with the Company.
  6. Confidentiality: Clients, customers and suppliers must maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared with them during the course of business dealings. Breaching confidentiality agreements will result in the termination of the business relationship and may lead to legal action.

Enforcement:

Any violations of this policy will be taken seriously and dealt with promptly. Eseye reserves the right to terminate any business relationship with clients, customers or suppliers found to be in violation of this policy. Employees are encouraged to report any concerns to management for investigation.

Review and Updates:

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and relevance, and any updates or amendments will be communicated as required.
